Open only to legal residents of Illinois who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Collars Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes begins on May 12, 2025, and ends at the time of the Collars application launch (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by the close of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

Limit 5 total entries per person through social media-based methods.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without social media or joining the waitlist, email your full name, valid mailing address, and email address to legal@collars.io with the subject line "Sweepstakes Entry – [Collars Pre-Launch Giveaway]" by the launch of the Collars application. Limit one email entry per person.
One (1) winner will receive a prize valued between $200 and $750, including items such as Lucyd smart glasses or a Dave & Buster’s gift basket. Specific prize will be disclosed in promotional materials. The total ARV of all prizes is $750. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. One prize limit per winner.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur on or about June 1, 2025. The potential winner will be notified via direct message, email, or phone within sixty (60) days. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days or fails to meet eligibility or verification requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the prize value exceeds $600, winner must complete IRS Form W-9 and may receive a Form 1099-MISC.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Collars Inc. and its agents to use the winner’s name, likeness, photo, and/or entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Collars Inc., is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, promotional partners, Instagram, TikTok, and any third-party platforms used for entry from any claims or damages arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
