Collars was founded by Rocco Molfese, a fourth-generation tradesman, who, alongside his business partner and spouse, Cheri Molfese, built multiple successful trade companies. They know firsthand the hiring challenges in the trades—and they knew there had to be a better way. So, they created Collars: a hiring platform designed exclusively for blue-collar workers and the businesses that need them.
