# Collars

> Collars is a mobile-first hiring platform focused on blue-collar and skilled trades professionals, helping them match directly with employers using an algorithmic "Trades Connect" system—no resumes, middlemen, or job-board clutter.

We allow tradespeople across construction, manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, and specialized services to showcase their skills via photos, videos, and certifications. Founded by authentic tradespeople, Collars creates mutually accepted matches ("like a dating app, but for jobs") and plans to launch its app Fall 2025—with early access available.
